Laura loves the connection made with customers while working at a community pharmacy. She worked at an independent pharmacy (Edgewood Pharmacy in Burlington, NC) before attending pharmacy school. Laura then went on to attend Cambell University School of Pharmacy and graduated in 2006.
Outside of work, Laura finds joy in maintaining scrapbooks here and there and watching her boys play baseball and golf. In her downtime, she enjoys hanging out with friends.
Eric, a native of Fayetteville, NC, discovered his calling to serve others through the field of pharmacy as a teenager. He attended Campbell University where he earned a BS in Clinical Research and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Before serving as the Pharmacy Manager at the Whispering Pines Prescription Shoppe, Eric worked in various retail pharmacy settings for 14 years. He has worked as a pharmacist in Moore County since 2015.
For Eric, a patient-centered and community-focused approach to pharmacy is of utmost importance, and working in a community pharmacy allows him to do just that. Eric resides in Carthage with his wife and son. In addition to spending time with his family and friends, Eric enjoys playing the piano, singing, and playing golf.
Kim is originally from Georgia where she graduated from the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy. Go DAWGS! She has practiced pharmacy for over 35 years in areas including independent pharmacies, chain pharmacies as well as hospital pharmacy. Before moving to North Carolina, Kim owned 2 independent pharmacies – one traditional and one compounding pharmacy.
Kim lives in Norwood, NC with her husband, Zeb. They have 3 adult children, Zach, Taylor, and Emma Grace. Zach recently married Alex Weber, adding another girl to the family. The Bost clan is rounded out with the latest addition of Gertie, a 5-month old German Short-haired pointer.
